Simone Biles
Simone Biles (born on March 14, 1997, in Columbus Ohio U.S.A.) American Gymnast widely regarded as one of the most outstanding athletes. The 2016 Olympics at Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals in one Games as well as the first gymnast in history to win three consecutive World All-around championships (2013-15). Biles, along with her siblings Adria and Ronald Biles were adopted as children by the grandparents from Houston. Simone began to take an interest in gymnastics at age six when she took a field trip for day care at Bannon's Gymnastix and remained there for 11 years under the direction of her coach Aimee Boorman. Biles won a gold medal for vaulting, and also a medal in floor gymnastics at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships. She began competing in elite levels of the sport. In just two years, she dominated this discipline. What set Biles apart was her consistency her fun-loving personality, as well as the level of difficulty she incorporated into her workout routines for the four events she competed in: vault uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise.
