Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is the daughter of an ethnically diverse family in South London in England. Her mother is English and her father is Nigerian. She was raised on a south London council estate and attended The Brit School at age 14. She was a student at an academy called the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London in which she earned a BA in acting. She appeared on stage in numerous productions during her time at school including the role of King Henry V, as Princess Katherine, and Wuthering Heights, as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe first began her acting career with Storm Damage. She has appeared as an actor on Teachers Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe made her debut motion-picture role in the Woody Allen movie Cassandra's Dream, opposite Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor. After this success, Madekwe played Elisha on The BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN and was featured in six episodes Trexx and Flipside. She played Bambi as Bambi in the ITV2 show Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe starred as the lead character in How to Lose Friends And Alienate Others, a comedy released in the year 2008. Her theatre credits includes Little Sweet Thing or Roy Williams as well as Flight Path of David Watson.
Madekwe debuted in the US in the US with The Beautiful Life. The drama show ran on The CW for only two episodes, before it was cancelled. Ashley Davenport, a character from ABC's Revenge drama series, was cast for her as Ashley Davenport. Following her appearance as a regular on the initial two seasons it was announced in May 2013 that Madekwe would quit the show following an appearance as a guest in the premiere episode from the 3rd season. Between 2014 and the year 2016, she appeared on Salem in the role of Tituba. Madekwe got married to her actor boyfriend Iddo goldberg in June 2012. They both appeared on Secret Diary of a Call Girl. They have also appeared as a couple in Salem.

Ashley Leggat, a twice Gemini nominated actress, was born into a huge family in Hamilton, Ontario. She joined her parents, Roy and Patty and four older brothers: Rob, Brett, and twins Todd and Bram. The brothers of Ashley were extremely athletic, and they played baseball as well as hockey throughout the summer and winter. She grew up in baseball and arenas. Ashley was never able to walk. She danced. So when she was just 2 1/2 years old and a half, she joined Baby Ballet. Ashley began to be a dancer immediately after that. Ashley continued to compete throughout high school at the top levels of competitions, such as tap, Jazz, Ballet Pointe, Acrobatics, Pointe Musical Theatre, Lyrical, Hip Hop and many more. Top soloists at important competitions like International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance, were all awarded to Ashley.
