April Bowlby

April Bowlby, an American model and actress from the United States. The actress was also known as Kandi, Stacy Barrett and Rita Farr from the CBS Comedy series Two and a Half Men. April Michelle Bowlby is an American actor who is best well-known for her portrayal of Stacy Barrett in the American Legal Comedy drama/fantasy television series Drop Dead Diva and Kandi in the sitcom Two and a Half Men. Her career began with modeling, and then moved into TV shows and movies. Her debut appearance came on a small screen, as an extra on the show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. It was followed by performances in single episodes of various other series. Then, she was offered the role of Kandi in the TV show Two and a Half Men. Bowlby's character as Stacy Barrett on the series Drop Dead Diva earned her not only fame but also recognition across the globe. Bowlby played Rita Farr/Elastigirl in the American web-based series Titans. Bowlby will reprise her role as a spinoff character from the Doom Patrol series. Bowlby was also featured in TV films, including Sands of Oblivion and The Wrong Daughter. The actress made her debut on the big screen with the film All Roads Lead Home and then appeared in other films like The Slammin Salmon and From Prada to Nada. April Michelle Bowlby is an American actress, best recognized for her role as a regular on The CBS television show Two and a Half Men. Bowlby was born in Manteca and went to East Union High School. In the beginning, before deciding to pursue an acting career, she studied French as well as ballet in Moorpark College. After studying drama under Ivana Chubb, she got the lead part (Kandi in Two and a Half Men) just a few months after getting her Hollywood debut. Bowlby is well-known for her appearances on a number of TV programs, including CSI (as Kaitlin in 2004), CSI: NY (as Jenny Lee in 2005), Freddie: Sydney in 2005 and The Stacked Show: Jasmine and How I Met Your Mother: Meg. More recently Bowlby has played the character as Natasha on All Roads Lead Home a 2007 film about a 12-year-old years old girl who loses her mother in an automobile crash. Bowlby has been cast in the upcoming 2008 comedy film The Slammin Salmon as Mia. The actress lives in Los Angeles. The blonde has natural hair and blue eyes. The woman is single and has no children.
