Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding - born Elena Jane Goulding (30 December 1986) in Hereford (England) she is an English singer/songwriter. Ellie Goulding dominated the UK charts in 2010 due to the catchy electro-pop songs "Starry Eyed" as well as Guns and Horses. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. The soprano's quirk and her capacity to create catchy and deeply honest songs place her on the frontline of contemporary mainstream music in addition to an independent and artful pop. Polydor Records signed her to an agreement with a record label and she began preparing for the release of her debut album.
